SIFE Leadership Conference |

Project Origins: The UNC Charlotte SIFE team hosts the annual Leadership Conference sponsored by SIFE National Headquarters. The Leadership Conference welcomes rookie SIFE teams from the region to the UNC Charlotte campus for a day to learn more about the SIFE organization and how to best operate, lead, and sustain a strong team. The conference also offers a platform for rookie teams to brainstorm potential project ideas that fulfill the five SIFE pillars: Market Economics, Success Skills, Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy and Business Ethics.
Project Objective: The leadership Conference allows our SIFE team to share our successful projects with rookie teams and create new partnerships with local colleges, while gathering important organizational skills. We also learn about any new changes in SIFE regional, national and world cup competitions. Target Audience: This project will impact SIFE teams from surrounding colleges and universities.
