    Ethics Challenge

Project Origins: The Ethics Challenge is a project that the SIFE team created in spring of 2008 in a brainstorming session. Currently, It is a competition held on UNC Charlotte's campus for high schools students where teams debate each other based on an ethical case study presented the evening before. The case focuses on ethical issues in business, work life, and personal life. The debates are moderated and judged and prizes are awarded at the conclusion of the day. In the future, this project could be expanded to include student organizations on campus.

Project Objective: Challenge Belk College of Business students to exercise ethical decision making.

Target Audience: This project impacts student organizations on the UNCC campus.

Project Leader: Yolanda Kennedy, Muniza Sulahry
