    GREEN3
    Project Origin: SIFE has challenged teams all across the world to develop and implement projects geared toward environmental sustainability.  UNC Charlotte SIFE was quick to develop the project GREEN3 in hopes of educating people in the Charlotte metropolitan region on environmental topics.  Sponsors include Unilever and The Preiss Company (University Club, University Village).

    Project Objective: Currently, Green3 aims to give those living in the university area of Charlotte the knowledge to become an environmentally friendly community in order to sustain the world. UNC Charlotte SIFE inspects participating apartments to target environmental problem areas. Afterward, our SIFE team teaches participants how to change the way they live. Finally, participating apartments are inspected one more time to see what changes were made. In the future, UNC Charlotte SIFE will be expanding this project to include buildings on campus. 

    Target Audience: Apartment complexes in the university area of Charlotte
